Purchasing

There are three ways you can shop Mittens and Moods products.

1. Use the main navigation and explore our catalogue by products type or theme, just like our retail customers.

2. If you like the Mittens and Moods vibe and are happy to receive a selection of amazing products - but you don't feel the need to hand pick every item - then our curated bundles might be just the thing!

Select one of the wholesale bundles available exclusively to our wholesale customer, listed just under this section.

3. You can use the Bulk Order page, to scroll through the whole product catalogue and just add your preferred quantities as you come across products you wish to purchase.

And with over 300 products available, you may want to grab a cuppa and settle in!

Follow this link to our bulk order page! It lists every product in our wholesale catalogue and you can just add your preferred quantity and keep scrolling.

*PLEASE NOTE - some products (including stickers, pins, bookmarks, greeting cards and microfibre cloths) come in increments of 5, and quantities will increase in those increments.

Policies and Processes

  • ORDER VOLUMES

    As a small business and hands-on maker, all of my products are created in small batches. I would like to approach the wholesale part of my business as a partnership rather than a volume-driven transaction. This allows me to collaborate with other small businesses in a sustainable way.

    There is no minimum order quantity or value and welcome small wholesale orders.

  • EXCLUDED PRODUCTS

    Due to the cost of materials and a desire to keep retail prices affordable for my customer, some of my products have a minimal margin and are excluded from my wholesale product catalogue.

    If you are interested in a product that does not appear in the wholesale catalogue, please contact me as we may be able to reach an agreement.

  • PAYMENT TERMS

    As a micro-business, to ensure optimal cash flow management and secure the necessary materials for your order, full payment is required upfront.


    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Where possible, orders are shipped via Australia Post. Some local customers in the Ballarat and Melbourne regions may be eligible for free delivery.


    Flexibility

    One of the perks of being a micro-business is the flexibility I have to adapt to my customers' needs.

  • PROCESSING TIMES

    I personally make almost all of my products - in-house, all by myself. To keep my costs (and your prices) down, I keep only a small inventory on hand at any given time and often make products as needed when orders are received.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched.

    In most cases, your order will be fulfilled much quicker, but sometimes delays happen. I would rather manage expectations and hopefully pleasantly surprise you by shipping your order earlier than expected, rather than to disappoint you with a delay.
