PLEASE NOTE: Your first payment is due when you place your subscription order and your first Sticker Club parcel will be sent within two business days. Subsequent payments will be processed on the 1st day of each month. 

 

When will my payment be processed?

Your first payment is due when you begin your subscription and your first Sticker Club parcel will be sent within 2 business days.

Ongoing subscription payments are processed on the 1st day of each month.

When will my stickers be shipped?

Each Sticker Club parcel will be packed and sent within 2 business days of payment.

Sticker Club parcels will be sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can access your subscription account to skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

You can also update your contact, shipping and payment details.

When you begin your subscription, you will receive an email confirming your order and then another one confirming your ongoing subscription - that second email will include a link to access your subscription account.

Alternatively, you can access your subscription by logging into your Mittens and Moods account - either using the email and password you created or by logging in using your Shop app.

    All our items are made in-house, in my home studio in Gordon VIC, which means that all our items can be personalised. So if you'd like to add a name, nick name or special message to one of our items - I can make it happen!
