Shipping policy

Processing time

All items listed for sale are shipped no more than 5 business days after you place your order.

In many cases, your order will be shipped sooner - but this allows time to ensure your order is completed to the highest quality. This is particularly true for items which require staining or sealing.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders for items not ordinarily stocked may take longer if supplies or components have to be sourced for your project. If you are interested in a custom order, you will receive a detailed quote including the production timeframe and estimated shipping time.

Shipping

Orders that can be shipped via regular post, will be sent via Australia Post (standard or Express Post with tracking). Larger parcels may be shipped by courier.

You will always receive tracking information, so you can track the progress of your delivery.

Packaging

Whenever possible, I use recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging materials, while also doing everything possible to make sure your order reaches you safe and sound.
